Description
May 12th – 19th, 2027, Sesimbra, Portugal
This time, the training comes with the sea. A coastal farmhouse above the Atlantic, a breathtaking 180-degree ocean view, and eight days of Ayurvedic massage training to let this craft settle into your hands.
Here the training and the retreat are one. Where you sleep, what you eat, how you are held, all of it is taken care of. You arrive with your willingness to learn, and nothing else to manage.
What your Ayurvedic massage training includes:
- 7 nights in a traditional Portuguese farmhouse on the coast, wrapped in a 180-degree ocean view. Space to gather, space to slip away, and your room and every meal taken care of.
- Three nourishing Ayurvedic meals a day, fresh, seasonal, and made to support your body through the week.
- Hands-on training in traditional Abhyanga, in a small, practice-based group, where your technique is guided until it is truly your own.
- Internationally recognised certification, so you can practise wherever you go.
- Business guidance to set up your own practice or clinic and start offering this work with confidence.
- The beach is a short walk to cleanse and refresh.
Getting there and staying:
- Lisbon airport is 45 minutes away by taxi or ride-share, easy to share with fellow participants.
- Training Begins 11am, 12th May 2027.
- Training Ends 4pm, 19 May, 2027.
Rooms are shared, two to three people per room, same gender, and always your own bed, and we match housemates thoughtfully. The property is spacious and open, so there is plenty of room to find quiet space for yourself all week.
