Ingredients
2 tsp โ 2 TBSP yoghurt
1-1.5 cup water
1 tspย pure rose water
1 tsp coriander leaves finely chopped
1 tsp mint leaves finely chopped
Method
Blend all ingredients together well and drink fresh.

Disclaimer:ย Note that this method of mixing yoghurt and water is a simplified version of makingย Takra. Realย Takra / Buttermilkย (not very muchย different to mixing yoghurtย and water) is buttermilk from churning either cream or yoghurt into butter and collecting the buttermilk.
