Calms all three doshas.
Dose
2 teaspoons once or twice a day before meals, or as directed by an Ayurvedic practitioner.

- Katuka – Picrorrhiza kurroa
- Darvi – Berberis aristata
- Triphala – Haritaki, Vibhitaki and Amla
- Parpata – Fumaria officinalis
- Amla – Phyllanthus emblica Emblica
- Water for decoction
- Ghrita – ghee
- Musta – Cyperus rotundus
- Kalmegh – Andrographis paniculata*
- yashtimadhu – Glycyrrhiza glabra
- Chandana – Santalum album
- Pippali – Long pepper
