This potent fruit is considered by many to be Ayurveda’s most potent herb - Āmalakī (Embilica officinalis)! ✨💛

This is due to its many qualities, extensive application potential and abundant fruits. 🌟

One of the marvels of Āmalakī is that it contains all 6 tastes except for the salty one. This grants Āmalakī with the title of “Rasāyana”, meaning that it has the ability to spread “rasa” (the essence of longevity). 🌿

Amla (the fruit of the Āmalakī tree) is tridoshic, so it balances all three doshas simultaneously: vata by its sour taste, pitta by its sweet taste and cold vīrya (energy), and kapha by the astringent taste and dry quality. 🙏
