Vitamin C – An antioxidant that supports immune function and collagen formation.
Ashwagandha – Traditionally used in Ayurvedic medicine to support general health and well-being.

This potent fruit is considered by many to be Ayurveda’s most potent herb - Āmalakī (Embilica officinalis)! ✨💛

One of the marvels of Āmalakī is that it contains all 6 tastes except for the salty one. This grants Āmalakī with the title of “Rasāyana”, meaning that it has the ability to spread “rasa” (the essence of longevity). 🌿
