What else can I say works well and has reduced my blood pressure. Doesn’t interfere with the regular BP medicine that I take.

One of the marvels of Āmalakī is that it contains all 6 tastes except for the salty one. This grants Āmalakī with the title of “Rasāyana”, meaning that it has the ability to spread “rasa” (the essence of longevity). 🌿
