Vibitaki – Terminalia bellirica
Amala – Emblica officinalis
Katuka – Picrorrhiza kurroa
Vidanga – Embelia ribes
Asana – Pterocarpus marsupium
Shatavari – Asparagus racemosus
Krishna (Pippali) – Piper longum
Mahadaru(Devadaru)- Cedrus deodara
Khadira – Acacia catechu
Chandana – Santalum album
Kairata(Kiratatikta) – Swertia chirata
Kritamalaka(Aragwada) – Cassia fistula
Indravarunika (Indravaruni) – Citrullus cholocynthis
Sariva – Hemidesmus indicus
Parpata – Fumaria indica

Suggested Use:
3tsp + 10tsp hot water 1-2x/day before meals or empty stomach or as prescribed.
Ideally take with another herb for increased effect.
