Ingredients:

Anantatamul, Aśvagandhā, Śatāvarī, Guduchi, Punarnava, Kumari, Mustaka, Manjistha.

Suggested Use:
1tsp of Nagadi Yog mix 2x/day on empty stomach or before food.

Vehicle of Administration (Anupana):
Mix the Nagadi Yog powder with unheated honey. – mix 100gms Nagadi Yog well with approx. 220gms honey (enough to make a paste).
Mix 1/2tsp with some rice water (the water taken from boiling rice) 2x/day before meals.
