Shake before use.
Take 25ml + 5ml of fresh lemon juice or fresh amla juice in the morning on empty stomach for 3 consecutive days.
Can increase to 5 days under the guidance of Dylan or a qualified practitioner.
Take when digestion is strong (good appetite), only under the guidance of a practitioner like Dylan Smith. You should be closely assessed and check in each day with the practitioner when taking this medicine. Eat light food later in the day once the Special Snehapana has been digested.

How to test if your agni digested the Sneha:

Sip hot water and see what your belch taste like. If it is clear taste, your food has been digested. If it still tastes like the Sneha, is is not digested.

What to eat:

Best is to eat something light like Kanji or Kitchari (depending on how well the sneha digested). Can eat late afternoon or dinner time when the sneha is well digested.
